A clinical case of a woman from Kaliningrad, who returned from a tourist trip to India, is given. The erased picture of the disease requires the doctors’ alertness and knowledge of the main clinical variants of the disease course. The study of epidemics and the follow-up to normative documents made it possible to establish the correct diagnosis. The treatment was carried out with a positive result.
