THE STUDY OF LUMINESCENT PROPERTIES OF NANOSIZED ZnO SYNTHESIZED BY SOL-GEL TECHNIQUE

Abstract

Luminescent properties of nanosized zinc oxide synthesized by sol-gel technique were investigated. Type and energy level position of the intrinsic defects involved in luminescence and photoconductivity processes were determined.
