PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, SARANA PRASARANA, DAN TATA RUANG KEARSIPAN DI DINAS PERPUSTAKAAN KEARSIPAN KABUPATEN BATANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are influence of filling officer competence, filling infrastructure, and layout filling to success archive management at the Library and Archives of Batang Regency. The population of this study was all employee in the Library and Archives of Batang Regency with 42 employee. This research used sampling. The data were collected by using observation, questionnaires and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by using percentage descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows Release 21 progam. The results of the study showed that equation of multiple linear regression is Y=2,012+0,321X1+0,609X2+0,673X3. The simultaneous influence of the filling officer competence, filling infrastructure, filling layout on the success archive management at The Library and Archive of Batang Regency are 62,8%. Partially, the filling officer competence has an effect of 11,35%, filling infrastructure is 19,98% and filling layout is 40,70%.
