Extraction of Fig Leaves to Synthesize of Ag Nanoparticles for Determination of Atorvastatin by Spectrophotometery
Abstract
In this method, firstly, extracts of Fig tree leaves are taken with a simple laboratory method, and then the research begins on a very important drug in medical science. The effects of different variables such as pH, volume and type of buffer, volume of nanoparticles and time of stay were investigated. The results showed that optimal amounts of pH = 6, 1.5 mL citrate buffer, 0.15 mL optimum volume Nanoparticles and 120 seconds were determined as the time spent on the samples. At the end, silver nanoparticles were used to measure atorvastatin in real samples such as blood and urine, and satisfactory results were obtained.
