This paper develops a theoretical framework for the application of Kaizen principles in socio-economic support for children in difficulty. Rooted in Japanese management practices, Kaizen principles emphasize both continuous, incremental improvements and the elimination of inefficiencies in activities. The use of these principles in supporting vulnerable groups such as neglected and abandoned children, those exposed to violence, the homeless, or orphans, can improve the quality and efficiency of services through small, but permanent changes. Kaizen can create a more resilient and adaptable support system capable of meeting the evolving needs of children in difficulty, thus improving their quality of life.
