This article presents information on the effect of salinity types and levels on the activity of urease, protease enzymes, oxidoreductases, catalase, and dehydrogenase enzymes, among the main enzymes in the irrigated alluvial habitats of the Bukhara region with varying degrees of salinity. One of the main indicators affecting the enzymatic activity of the soil is the salinity level. Enzymatic activity of non-saline soils, weakly saline, moderately saline, and strongly saline soils were analyzed in this article.
