REZULTATE MANAGERIALE ASUPRA INDICILOR DE AUTOCORELAŢIE SPAŢIALĂ ŞI ANALIZA SCHIMBĂRILOR SPAŢIALE PRIVIND INDICATORUL „NUMĂRUL DE MEDICI ÎN JUDEŢUL BIHOR” ÎN PERIOADA 1992 – 2004
Abstract
To obtain concrete results in the health management through G.I.S. we are forced to resortto “spatial autocorrelation indices”. Moran Index and Geary's ratio has well definedstatistical properties to describe the global spatial autocorrelation. They are not effective inidentifying different types of models for meeting space. They are described as “hot spots”or “cold spots” sometimes. If high values are close to each other, the two local indexes willregister acceptable high positive spatial autocorrelation. These values can be classified ashot spots. The existing classification of Public Health Directorate of Bihor County was usedfor existing hospitals at the time of the study: clinical hospitals, municipal and cityhospitals, health centres and single-specialty hospitals. Each of those types of hospital wasincluded in the digital map layer.
