1950 : la Loi du retour
Abstract
The Israeli Law of Return marks a radical change in the centuries-old practices of the Jewish diaspora: it makes the young state the privileged place of international Jewish migrations and mobilities and leads to a profound redefinition of the forms of belonging, in particular by promoting a “diasporic nationalism”, a hitherto unknown phenomenon.
