Change in lipid peroxidation intensity and activity of enzymes of antioxidant defence system in tissue of the bird’s kidney under effect of sodium hypochlorite of different concentration

Abstract

Strengthening of the intensity of lipid peroxidation processes even after rehabilitation period (on 20 day of experiment), was observed under the effect of sodium hypochlorite in the concentration 5 мg/l. At the same time the activity of enzymes of the antioxidant system was not changed. Sodium hypochlorite in concentration 10 мg/l resulted in the increase of lipid peroxidation processes on the 7th time of experiment with the next lowering of the content of ТBA-active products in relation to the effect on the 7th day of action of sodium hypochlorite. However, the activity of enzymes of the antioxidant system was increased at all variants of the experiment.
