The combination of inheritance and innovation is an issue of fundamental importance for the continuation of Traditional Chinese (TCM), and the talent cultivation mode with academic ideas and clinical of distinguished veteran doctors of TCM has gradually matured. TCM nursing, as an important part of TCM, has flourished thanks to the inheritance and innovation of TCM. This paper briefly introduced the model and component of TCM nursing inheritance work, and discussed its role in quality improvement of TCM nursing.
