This paper focuses its concern on the participation of women in the struggle against the military dictatorship in Chile (1973 - 1988), with the aim of revealing my gender relations established within the clandestine militancy. To realize this, we turn to memoria suelta of a woman activist Frente Patriótico Manuel Rodríguez, who through the testimony of their experience exposes militant aspects of life from his position as woman, mother and clandestine, allowing unveil the place occupied by women in the armed wing of the Communist Party of Chile.
