All-optical control of pendular qubit states with nonresonant two-color laser pulses

Abstract

Molecular qubits offer reproducible and well-defined quantum states that may confer an advantage over solid-state alternatives. Here, a two-colour all optical control scheme is demonstrated for the rotational states of selected OCS molecules.
