This article reveals the systematization and análisis undertaken by the authors on the process of development of professional skills, with emphasis on the construction of items, in the training of teachers in primary education in the subject Labor education, as well as didactic and methodological actions. The work is based on the Dialectical–Materialist method in Historical–Cultural Approach of Vygotsky and his followers, in the man–society, the General Didactic and the curret situation presents in this process.
