Abstract

The present study analyzes, from the jurisprudence and the scientific doctrine that has approached this topic, the advantages of economic character and progression in the professional career that were established in the nineties and that had its continuation in the basic legislation of 2007. It analyzes the state of the matter and points out possible solutions for its application, as well as proposes a revision of said forecasts.
