Approaches and methods of the formalization of risks in industrial and financial spheres in models of enterprise

Abstract

Traditional and original approaches of the formalization of external and internal risks in industrial and financial spheres in enterprise for the future accountability in criteria and limitations of the model of choosing optimal variant of market activities are considered. Ground of the correctness of using profitability of the equity as an index of the industrial sphere risk and autonomy ratio as an index of the financial sphere risk is given. It is shown that these indexes integrate most of external and internal risks and they can be formalized in models of enterprise in the context of normative approach.
