Dezvoltare comunitară în rurarul periferic din zona montană a județului Cluj

Abstract

Currently, the development of rural areas raises the interest of researchers due to huge gaps when compared to the urban areas but also due to problems which transcend the limits of rural-urban. The article addresses the problems faced by peripheral rural communities from the mountain area of Cluj County. These communities are disconnected from the broader development processes and therefore are in a stage of depression. The researches done in these communities have allowed the correct analysis of the characteristics of these communities, the relevance of their socio-economic situation and the exploitation of development opportunities
