SPESIFY OF NON-MATERIAL INCENTIVES FOR YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AT THE STAGE OF THEIR INVOLVEMENT
Abstract
At the present stage intangible staff incentives become particularly relevant, especially for the new generation — generation Y, which represents students and graduates at the job market. This method of stimulation is important at the stage of recruitment as well as during their development in the company. Companies have an opportunity to get young talents, achieve the goals and ensure the future human resource pipeline by developing and implementing the intangible incentives methods.
