Motivation is an essential factor in the management processes that achieves better business results. The task of management is to motivate employees to achieve higher productivity of performed work (task). Motivation intensity determinates amount of effort that someone will invest in amount of time to satisfy personal needs. Management can not influence the satisfaction of individual needs, but with proper recognition can find ways to motivate employees to achieve organizational goals and thus satisfy their personal needs. Employees may be motivated with tangible and intangible incentives.
