Abstract

In this study, the translation of the texts with runic letters in the scope of Uighur inscriptions and the transfer to Turkish language was made. In addition, the text of the manuscript is given at the end of the study. Brief information about Uighurs is given at the entrance of the study. Uighur name under the title of the historical texts and scientific studies on the name Uighur was given by compiling the data. At the end of this title, the author stated his or her opinion. Tokuz Oguz on Uighur issue has also added and has been discussed for a title taking into account the data and opinions on this issue. Further information about Uyghur Khan was given in the continuation of the study. The study was started with the title of Turkish runic inscriptions. After, respectively; Tes, Tariat (Terh), şine Usu, I. Karabalgasun, Hoyto Tamir (Tayhar-Çuluu), Sevrey, Xi'an (wife Çor), Suci, II. The texts of Karabalgasun, Arhanan, Gurvaljin-Uul Gürbelcin inscriptions, translation texts and translation to Turkish are given.
