A case of primary cutaneous CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic cytotoxic T‐cell lymphoma
Abstract
Abstract A 65‐year‐old Japanese woman with primary cutaneous CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic cytotoxic T‐cell lymphoma, a rare type with a poor prognosis, is presented. Oral bexarotene and vorinostat were ineffective, and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was scheduled. We stress that primary cutaneous CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic cytotoxic T‐cell lymphoma should be treated with bone marrow transplantation when available.
