In-service teacher training is not unrelated to the issue of the quality of the education system. Beyond educational policies, andragogy is an integral part in the process of training the target population. It makes it possible to question the knowledge and the mechanisms of didactic transposition. Strategies, methods, mechanisms, objectives and the follow-up of in-service teacher training projects will be tackledwithin the Moroccan context in order to draw up the issue and put forward proposals to improve training practices.
