Abstract

Inflammatory bowel diseases, which include Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, in terms of severity of course, frequency of complications and lethality are among the main positions in the structure of diseases of the digestive system. With a question about modern ways of solving this important problem we addressed to Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases and Gastroenterology of A.I.
