During different periods and over time, physical manifestations in houses built in different styles of Iranian architecture have appeared in different ways. And since the body of the building is one of the main concepts in architecture, also living space is one of the functions that form and physical components are necessary in the occurrence of its various forms. Examine the existing historical and cultural evidence and the samples studied in this study will be traditional houses related to the Qajar period in Tehran and the result will be the result of comparison and presentation of the final analysis based on the studied samples. The purpose of this study is to explain the components of physical phenotype in the Qajar settlement model. In other words, comparing the formal view of the species in the culture of a particular land. As well as interviews with experts, the main indicators have been determined and also the recognition of ancient physical values ​​in Iranian architecture is identified. In the next step, the data obtained from software simulation are used to extract the findings and finally after collection. The data are compared and graphically analyzed. The results of this study indicate that the four indices of spatial / array / facade and structural geometry organs in the three periods before Nasserite / Nasserite and after Nasserite with what changes over time Time has been with them
