Pledge as an accessory obligation

Abstract

Pledge as an accessory obligation is analysed in the article. On the basis of the generalization of court practice main qualities of ancillary obligation as a method of securing of fulfillment of an obligation are find out. Besides, the question of possibility of securing of security (accessory, ancillary) obligation is considered.
