Abstract. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical and anatomicopathological modifications in canids suspected to be infected with parvovirus, rotavirus, and coronavirus. For this purpose living animals were examined and common and specific clinical signs of the diseases mentioned above were identified. Dead bodies of recently died dogs suspected of these diseases were also examined. For necropsy the method of complex organ evisceration proposed by Shor was used with the maintenance of anatomico-physiological integrity of the eviscerated organs. For accurate and differential diagnosis, in addition to the data from necroscopic examinations, Antigen tests which rely on immunoassay reaction (sandwich technique) were also performed. The analysis of data collected after performing these diagnostic methods (clinical, necropsy, Antigen test) gives us the possibility to determine the accurate diagnosis and to differentiate these three infectious diseases in dogs.
