Pre- and post-test surveys were used to assess the changes in participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices.Results: From May to July 2023, a total of 322 participants attended the course, and only a small percentage had participated in experiential training. For all topics, the vast majority of participants endorsed the course, and the attitude content had the highest percentage of participants who said they agreed. Among the groups with different years of working life, the highest percentage of participants in the > 20 years group strongly endorsed the course.Conclusion: The preliminary findings indicate that the MMHET model is well-received and feasible, demonstrating its potential to enhance maternity health management education.Keywords: continuing education, pregnancy health, assessment, healthcare, medical education
