Abstract

Due to the urgency of the Modern Military Operations, the forces need a means that projects them in relatively short times, where the Strategic Military Air Transport Capacity acquires a predominant role. Also, it is essential to highlight the influence of technology on the air environment, which has allowed the capacity of cargo and passengers to be increasingly greater and with fewer terrestrial easements. Noticeably, the projection of forces can be carried out by other means of locomotion, but the speed and gradual increase of cargo holdings mean that the air environment can provide the forces with the mobility and flexibility required in current conflicts. That is why the present research aims to provide an analysis of the importance and implications of the Strategic Military Air Transport Capacity in Modern Military Operations.
