THE KPI IMPLEMENTATION AND THE RESULTS OF ITS USE IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article describes the process of KPI implementation in Russian major companies and executive agencies as one of the stages of transition to innovative economy and result-oriented work. The article deals with methods of compilation of efficiency factors and indicators. The results of KPI’s practical application are given.
