Abstract

Rigid-flex coupled vibration model of the shearer ranging arm is established based on the software of Pro/E,MATLAB,ADAMS and ANSYS.The modal parameter and the easily aroused modal shape of the ranging arm are distinguished by the ADAMS/ Vibration.The position of the shearer pick caused more bigger vibration of the ranging arm is distinguished.According to the rotating speed of the roller,the size of the iron sulfide inclusions and the arrangement forms of the shearer pick.The theoretic basis for the optimizing of the shearer pick and the ranging arm’ weak link is provided.
