MANAGEMENT PAR PROJET ET GESTION DU RISQUE EN CONTEXTE D’INGENIERIE CONCOURANTE
Abstract
In a context of universalization of projects & project management characterized by increasingly complexification, we have observed for more than decades the emergence of a new managerial paradigm in which the mode of concurrent engineering is decisive. The analysis of these upheavals leads us to focus on the one hand, on the new dimensions of the project leader "profession", on its roles and capacities and on the other hand on the skills to be piloted according to the principles of” concourance ". In addition, the consideration of risk in the context of concurrent engineering requires a systematic examination of all potential failures and their evaluation in terms of effects & criticality. Therefore, it is up to the project manager to design risk reduction policies during the life cycle of the project through the "responsiveness" as advocated by the concurrent engineering approach.
