This article describes the implementation of a narrative in one of the most popular genres of fundraising – presentation of a business idea. The author explores the features of the rhetorical strategies used by the tender participants of the "Become an Entrepreneur in 60 days" project. The study found that to increase the impact of an utterance it is advisable to use a narrative. Narrative is able to transform a fact in an event, and the event has a number of features that provide a powerful narrative.
