LEGAL NATURE OF THE LAW OF ACCESS AND IT’S PROTECTION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the necessity of the improvement of legislative regulation of the law of access. The article defines the basic characteristics and features of the access rights allow to classify it as a moral rights and to provide appropriate protection. Some ways to solve emerging today practical problems with the implementation and protection of the law of access.
