Abstract : This study aims to highlight the significance of rural women's participation in the workforce in Algeria. It examines the legal framework governing their work relationships and responsibilities within the workplace, considering their roles as45 specific work groups. The study focuses on the specific context of Algeria, where the status of women working outside the home is regulated by a series of laws and legal texts enshrined in Algerian charters and constitutions. That have played a significant role in defining the professional roles of women in the country. These legal texts have outlined specific responsibilities for women in the workplace, leading to an increase and intensification of their overall workload.
