Islam as the comprehensive religion covers most of material and spiritual, individual and social aspects of human life. In this case, Islam pays more attention to the role of humankinds in social life and sciences. It means human as the subject and center of social sciences and humani ties, has freedom and intellect, and can do many arbitrarily works and changes many laws of social sciences. In fact, the base of social sciences is human while who has worldview and perspective and is under their influences. Hence, Islam as the source of human worldview forms our viewpoints about the world, God, humankind and other social facts like society. Then we can see many teachings of Islam that picture many virtues of our social and individual life and determine how to understand them. So, if we consider some factors, such as subject, method, presuppositions, laws and theories, aims and functions, as the effective factors of social sciences, it seems that, there are many teachings in Islam, especially the Qur'an, by them we can redefine some aspects of the mentioned factors and rebuild a kind of social sciences in the light of Islamic teachings and worldview. In this paper, after arguing that how these issues can be possible, we try to test this idea by giving a new definition of Islamic Sociology and its factors.
