A desmoid tumor located at the right axilla of a 44 year old women mimicing breast carcinoma with physical examination, imaging and histopathologic fi ndings is presented since it’s a rare disorder. Desmoid tumor is a rare benign process where defi nitive diagnosis is usually established on histopathological examination. Locally aggressive benign tumors must be considered in diff erential diagnosis of atypical cases of breast carcinoma.
