MANEJO DE ADUBAÇÃO E ATRIBUTOS FÍSICOS DE NEOSSOLO QUARTZARÊNICO CULTIVADO COM MILHO
Abstract
The use of organic fertilizers is growing every year, but its effectiveness in improving soil physical quality is still much discussed. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of organic manure on the physical attributes of a soil cultivated with corn. The experiment was conducted in the area of Saint Vincent Research Institute belonging to the Dom Bosco Catholic University (UCDB) in Campo Grande - MS, in a Entisol latosolic. The experimental design was a randomized block in split plot with three replications, where the treatments were composed of six types of fertilizer, T1 (100% organic fertilizer), T2 (50% organic fertilizer), T3 (50% organic fertilizer +50% mineral fertilizer), T4 (100% mineral fertilizer to haul), T5 (100% mineral fertilizer on the line). Data collection was 70 days after the incorporation of organic fertilizer where undisturbed samples were collected in the six depths and soil resistance to penetration by an impact penetrometer Model IAA / Planalsucar/Stolf totaling a point in each portion in the depths of 0-0.1 m; 0.1-0.2 m; 0.2-0.3 m; 0.3-0.4 m; 0.4-0.5 m; 0.5-0.6 m. The layer from 0.0 to 0.10 m, where the treatment was applied 100% organic fertilizer is what presented the lower soil density compared to other same. The treatment he received 100% of organic fertilizer showed no significant differences in soil resistance to penetration values evaluated in depth.
