Abstract

Public relations broadly can be described as relationship between people and institutions. Better the relationship is created by two sides, more the society benefits. One of the most prominent institutions in any society is police department in considering safety issues. Today police departments need to focus on outcomes of public relations more than ever for shake of safe environment.
