Abstract A 67‐year‐old female was hospitalized due to right‐sided hemiparesis and neck pain with rapid deterioration to a deep coma. She had received the Sinopharm vaccine 2 days earlier. MRI showed extensive cervicothoracic hematomyelia. She received intensive medical care for 2 months and was discharged. An 18‐month follow‐up showed significant neurological recovery.
