ProfHistoria: teacher training, demands of the present and new perspectives for History Teaching
Abstract
In this article we will investigate the main research themes present in the dissertations developed by the students of ProfHistoria so as to identify continuities and changes in the teaching of History in Basic Education. For this, we analyzed the dissertations defended by master's students between 2016 and 2019. This article was organized in three parts: initially we presented ProfHistoria and its conception about continuing teacher education. Then, we will identify the themes that were preponderant among the works developed in this program by the master's students of the classes of 2014 and 2016. And in the third part we seek to exemplify the research clippings and the motivations of its authors in order to discuss traditions and innovations of History teaching in Brazil.
