Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with acute myocardial infarction with chest pain as the chief complaint (1例急性心肌梗死胸痛患者的中西医结合护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with acute myocardial infarction with chest pain as the chief complaint. The thrombolytic therapy was conducted after comprehensive evaluation of pain and indications for thrombolysis. Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing techniques were carried out to relieve the symptoms of chest pain and improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patient during treatment. (本文总结1例以胸痛为主诉的急性心肌梗死患者的护理经验, 通过对患者的疼痛程度、溶栓指征进行评估, 及时开展溶栓治疗, 同时开展溶栓治疗各阶段的护理配合, 利用中西医结合护理技术, 缓解急性心肌梗死患者胸痛症状, 改善预后, 提升生活质量。)
