Abstract

One of the most important moments related to the contractual matrimonial regime, is its content. Namely the agreement on content is the basis conclusion of the matrimonial contract signing, because through it the spouses or future spouses express their real intention on the marital property fate. The article below provides an analysis of the legislation, identifying solutions to improve the regulatory framework governing the contractual matrimonial regime institution.
