Effects of environmental operation mode on organizational innovation and organizational financial performance

Along with enterprises reinforcing sustainable development and environmental awareness, environmental impacts induced from each part of the environmental operation mode, from design, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution to wholesalers, dealers, or ultimate consumers, become popular research subjects. Enterprises cannot ignore popular environmental issues and laws & regulations, either, as any new decrees would affect and impact corporate financial performance. For this reason, enterprises have to pay attention to environmental laws & regulations in the production process with relevant upstream/downstream firms. It starts the development of environmental operation mode in industries. Aiming at employees in culture and creative industry in Taiwan, total 400 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 347 valid copies are retrieved, the retrieval rate 87%. The data retrieve of questionnaire are analyzed with LISREL software, and discussions are proposed according to the results.
