Le malade mental, dangerosité et victime
Abstract
Since the 1950s psychiatric expertise practice is characterised by a restriction of the irresponsibility due to a mental disorder. By detaching critical approaches this piece wants to analyse reasons for experts to justify their practice. These arguments will be linked to professional issues during the second half of the twentieth. 1950s to 1970s the restriction of the irresponsibility due to a mental disorder was justified by the opening movement of psychiatric structures especially ties with feminism. This practice has increased in the 2000s as a defensive posture against the institutional challenges facing psychiatry and awareness of the experts to dangerousness of some mentally ill.
