By detaching critical approaches this piece wants to analyse reasons for experts to justify their practice. These arguments will be linked to professional issues during the second half of the twentieth. 1950s to 1970s the restriction of the irresponsibility due to a mental disorder was justified by the opening movement of psychiatric structures especially ties with feminism.
