The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between body height and arm span. The survey was conducted on a sample of 187 adolescents from Pljevlja (Northen Montenegro), 78 boys (18.30 yrs) and 109 girls (18.09 yrs). The measurements was done according to the regulations, and then the variables were compared. We used a regression analysis to determine the relationship. The average height of the boys was 182.55±5.74cm, and arm span 184.3±6.68cm, while the average height of the girls 169.53±6.23cm and arm span 167.48±6.39cm. The ratio of body height and arm span was determined by correlation coeffi cients with a confi dence level of 95%. In the end, regression analysis showed whether the arm span predicted body height. The results showed high coeffi cients of correlation and a large percentage of explained variability, which means that the arm span reliably predicts the height of the body.
