Single coronary artery with fragmented coronaries: A rare variety

Coronary artery anomalies are a group of anomalies which comprises of vast variety of congenital coronary malformations including origin, course, branching etc. Among these, single coronary artery is of rare variety and few classification systems have been described for the same. Here we describe a unique case of single coronary artery which does not follow consistently with any of the classification system and in addition has coronary vessels which appear to be fragmented with origins from different points.
