Since 2006 in Bolivia they have implemented programs aimed at reducing illiteracy rates. However, this initiative does not end there, since the Bolivian educational process transits to the National Program Post literacy provides the opportunity to complete, over a period of two years, primary education (from first to sixth grade) those which they were previously literate. In this regard, the Institute for Technology Transfer and Innovation (ITTI) towards the dissemination of Science and Technology with emerging issues such as Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (NCyNT), seeks to become a link learner-educator in the process of post literacy social niches disrupted by the current education system (people in peri-urban areas, 15 to 65 years old and in post literacy) contributing with dynamic outreach adapted to the Bolivian context. The how? It is the focus of this research, looking for a model according to cultural and demographic characteristics relating scientific techniques of ad hoc disclosure environment aimed people in this process. Not only promoting the dissemination of NCyNT, but well education and social inclusion to this group of people.
