The efficiency of ambroxol mugoregulator in complex therapy of ob and expedience of its long term (14–18) administration for recovery of disturbed system of mucociliary transport, were confirmed.Key words: obstructive bronchitis, children, somatotype, vegetative reactivity, immunity, ambroxol.
