Information and communication technologies and library information resources - a platform for the implementation of correspondence and distance education tasks during marital state in Ukraine

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to reflect the work of libraries in the context of aunified educational and scientific system, the process of using information and communication technologies, information resources of libraries during the martial law in Ukraine. Research methods. General scientific methods are applied: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the need to create a powerful information base using modern educational technologies, which are based on the funds of library institutions, information networks and multimedia tools, and are also an important strategic resource designed to ensure radical changes in the educational process during martial law. Conclusions. The objective conditions and the need for informatization of the educational and scientific process as a means of rapid transfer of information, expansion of the scope of knowledge and intellectual capabilities of education seekers have been revealed. The functional features of libraries are shown: the use of information and communication technologies, information resources in providing scientific information to students both during the educational process and in the process of implementing the results of this activity into practice.
