The histological structure of the dural venous sinus walls of rat was investigated. The histological diversity and complexity of the vascular structure of the meningeal membranes was demonstrated. The topographic analysis of the quantitative composition of the cellular elements was presented. Microcirculatory vasculature zone was characterized.
