Owing to changes and developments happened globally in the late 20th century and changes in policy-makings, technologies and disintegration of Marxism made, the Islamic Movements experienced changes and developments too. Some Islamic movements of the past underwent changes in areas like mechanisms, behavioral methods and models or there emerged modern movements in the world that are called neo-fundamentalism and Salafi movements. In the meantime, the genuine Islamic movements which were resuscitated in challenging western anti-values and modernism and in contrast, the Takfiri and Salafi movements which are burgeoning in modern times aggravate Islam-o-phobia and anti-Islamism and consciously present a grim-like and unreal image of the conspicuous religion of Islam and Muslims should be distinguished. Rise and emergence of terrorist and Salafist movements in the Mideast in organic overlapping with vast and powerful circuits has mobilized all of its ideological capacities for controlling and weakening the ideological and geological situation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Increasing intervention and operations of Salafi jihadists in the region reveals identity theories and their approaches to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
